1 2/3 c. flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
2 c. (12oz)Nestle Toll House Premier White Morsels
1 c. flaked coconut, toasted, if desired
3/4 c. macadamia nuts or walnuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, sugars and vanilla in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in egg. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels, coconut, and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet

Bake in preheated oven 375 for 8-11 minutes or til edges are browned. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes. Remove to wire racks.
