1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Medium Onion
1 Clove Garlic Crushed
1 Medium Pepper (you can use any color)
1 Cup Cauliflower (Optional)
1 package Ground Beef
1 1/2 Cups Uncooked Rice
2 (8 oz) Cans Tomato Sauce
1 3/4 Cups Hot Water
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Prepared Mustard
Sweet Chili sauce and Grated Cheese to Garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Heat vegtable oil in large skillet. Add onion, garlic, and pepper, brown until tender. Add beef and brown. After beef is browned. Add tomato sauce and cauliflower, simmer for 5 min Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bring to boil quickly and cover. Simmering for 25 min, Serve with grated cheese and sweet chili sauce on top.
