1 c. hamburger
1 c. sugar
1 tsp salt
3 c. chopped ground apples
1 c. left whole ground raisins
1 orange ground or 1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. water
1/4 c. corn syrup
1 c. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp each of cloves, nutmeg and all spice

Simmer hamburger, water, and salt all together until meat is done. Drain grease. Add the other ingredients and cook at low temperature for 40 minutes.
