1 c. sugar
1 c. water
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp white syrup
3 Tbsp dry strawberry gelatin
1 qt strawberries
Baked pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, water, cornstarch, and syrup. Boil until the mixture clears. Add dry gelatin and partially cool. Pour over fresh berries in baked pie shell. Chill. May be served with whipped cream or ice cream.
