2 c cooked Carolina Rice (not instant)
2 lbs ground meat (Gram liked 1/2 beef, 1/4 veal, 1/4 pork)
salt and pepper to taste
2 c shredded mozzarella
Large can Hunt's tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/2 can tomato sauce with cooked rice. Form small balls with app 1 tsp of meat. Place balls on cookie sheet. Bake at 400º until browned. Layer rice and meatballs in a 9 x 12 casserole. Bottom and top layers should be rice. Spray bottom with cooking oil first. Pour remaining tomato sauce on top. Mix into rice lightly. Cover with shredded mozzarella. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for approximately 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated .
