1 and 1/2 pack saltines
1 large onion
4 eggs raw
2 tablespooons ground sage
14 pieces of toasted white bread
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/4 stick butter
2 stalks celery
6 cups stock

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 400 degrees
toast bread and tear apart and add to large baking dish
cut onion and celery into small 1/2 inch cubes
add sage
add cornmeal
add chicken or turkey stock until very moist
add crumbled saltines
mix everything with your hands until completely mixed
cut little cubes of butter on top of dressing
