Sauerkraut 1/2 cup butter
1 medium onion chopped
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and squeeze liquid from sauerkraut. Chop it a bit. Saute onions in skillet with melted butter. Add sauerkraut and saute over low heat for 45 minutes. Cool. 1 tbls per pierogi
