1# 90% lean Ground Beef
6-8 slices of white bread
1-2 Tbls chopped onion
1-Tbls dried Sage
egg
Cream of Mushroom Soup

Directions:
Directions:
Dampen Bread with a sprinkle or 2 of water.Add onion, sage and egg.
Flatten out hamburger into patties. sprinkle with salt and pepper.Put a mound of stuffing in the center of each patty, wrap hamburger up and around sides of stuffing. Put burgers in a casserole dish an add a dab of soup on top of each Burger. Dilute remaining soup with just enough water to make a full can and pour the soup over and in between all of the hamburgers.
Bake at 375 for 1 hour
