¾ cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp. minced fresh ginger root
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. minced garlic
1/3 cup olive oil
1 ½ Tbsp. ground mustard
1/3 cup orange juice
1 ½ Tbsp. brown sugar

In a medium bowl, stir all together. Pour over meat in a shallow container. Make sure all meat is submerged in marinade. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. (Steak meat would be great with this.)
