4 slices bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 beef bouillon cube or 1 tsp beef flavor instant bouillon
1/3 c boiling water
1 Tbsp sugar
1/8 tsp pepper
4 c fresh green beans or yellow wax beans, cut into 2 inch pieces
1/2 c chopped onion
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 c sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, cook bacon until crisp, stirring occasionally. With slotted spoon, remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels. Set aside.
Dissolve bouillon in water. Add bouillon, sugar and pepper to bacon drippings; mix well. Add green beans and onion; mix well. Cover; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until crisp tender.
Remove skillet from heat. Stir in vinegar. Spoon into serving dish. Sprinkle with bacon and almonds
