4 TBSP flour
1 cup cold water

1 cup boiling water
1.5 TBSP sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 4 TBSP flour and cold water.
Add boiling water and return to a boil.
Add sugar.

Cool and dip into strips of paper. Use alternating newspaper strips and paper sacks to see where layer ends. Also make your project stronger.
