1 LB Macaroni pasta
6 eggs
1 small box Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 stick real butter, melted
3 cups half n half, divided in half
2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, grated & divided in half
1 cup white Cheddar cheese, grated
¾ cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
½ cup Asiago cheese, grated or cubed if too soft
½ cup Montery Jack cheese, grated
½ cup Muenster, grated if can find whole or can be slices
1/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp pepper

• Preheat oven to 325
• In a large pan, boil water and then add pasta and cook till andante. Drain, set aside.
• In a large bowl, whisk eggs until frothy
• Add the melted butter and only half of the half n half milk and mix.
• Add the Velveeta cheese and the hot pasta and stir until cheese has melted and mixture is smooth.
• Add the rest of the half n half and all other cheeses stiring and mixing well in between.
• Add salt & pepper and combine completely.
• Pour mixture into a 13 x 9” casserole dish (sprayed with Pam) and bake for about 30 min.
• Sprinkle the rest of the sharp Cheddar cheese on top and bake until chesse is golden brown, about another 30 min.

** This makes about 6 servings. If you have a larger crowd, you can double the recipe but will need to bake a little longer since it will be thicker and will need more time for all the cheeses to melt.
