Ingredients:  
•1 Box of Vanilla Wafers
•1 Can of Crushed Pineapple with the Juice
•1/4 C Lemon Juice
•1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
•1 Package of Coconut
•1 Container of Cool Whip Whipped topping
•1 Small Jar of Cherries
•1 C Pecans (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1•Layer the bottom of a 13" x 9" dish with vanilla wafers.
2•In a bowl, mix the lemon juice and condensed milk. Add the pineapple and mix.
3•Pour the pineapple mixture over the vanilla wafers.
4•Add another layer of vanilla wafers atop the pineapple mixture.
5•Top everything with a layer of Cool Whip, then coconut, and then cherries.
6•Refrigerate overnight. Serve and Enjoy.
