1 cup raw cashews, soaked in water for at least 2 hours
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. coconut oil
2 tsp. raw honey
1/4 cup filtered water, or almond milk
pinch of sea salt

Directions:

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend until very smooth and creamy.

2. Be sure to taste the results and adjust the sweetness, if necessary.

3. Transfer to the fridge to chill before serving.
