Ingredients:  
1 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring or almond extract
2-1/2 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, egg yolks and flavoring. Fold in flour. Form into balls and store in refrigerator between batches. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes or until slightly brown around edges.

A double batch of this makes 100 cookies.
