3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 cup buttermilk
5 green onions
1 large clove garlic
salt & pepper to taste

Place all in the bowl of a food processor. Blend until well incorporated and no big chunks remain. Pour into a canning jar. Refrigerate and use with in 2 weeks.
