Directions:
Prepare ground sirloin with chopped onion, salt, pepper, paprika and worcestershire sauce to taste, patty out to about 1/4 lb. Grill patties to medium rare (do not press down on burger letting out juices). Apply cheese last 2 mins to melt with edges golden. While patties are grilling, fry egg "sunny side" up with salt and pepper and let steam by applying top while cooking. Bake bacon 1-2 strips.

Make burger with buns slightly toasted and lettuce, tomato, egg, bacon strips.

The messier the better with this one!

Goes well with a cold beer and roasted potatoes on the grill.
