3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small jar (3-4 oz.) sun dried tomatoes in oil
1 lb. chicken breast tenders
salt
1 cup half and half
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz. penne pasta
1 TBSP basil
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 cup reserved cooked pasta water (or more)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic and tomatoes in 2 TBSP of oil (from tomatoes) for 1 minute. Remove tomatoes from pan but leave oil. Add chicken pieces, cook on high heat about 1 minute on each side.
Cook pasta according to package. Drain but keep water.
Chop up tomatoes and add back to chicken. Add half and half and cheese to skillet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer. Stir to keep from sticking. Will be thick. After melted add pasta, stir, add basil and pepper. Stir. Add 1/2 cup pasta water. Season with salt. Simmer for a couple of minutes and eat.
