Left over Thanksgiving Turkey- Whatever amount you have or want to make into Sandwiches
Turkey Glaze-
3 Tbs Minced Garlic
1/2 C Honey
Dash of Black Pepper
Dash of Salt
4 Tbs Olive Oil
Dash of Thyme

Spicy Mayo-
1 C Real Mayo
6 B&G Pickled Cherry Peppers
1 Tsp of the pickled juice from above
1 Sm Garlic Clove
Dash of Salt

Toppings-
Sliced Red Onion
Sliced Tomatoes
Shredded Lettuce
1 Dozen Soft Dinner Rolls
Directions:
Directions:
Turkey -
Place 3 Tbs of Garlic in a pan, cover garlic with olive oil. Cook together on low heat for 20-30 minutes. Then add in Honey, Stir well.
While that is cooking place turkey on a cookie sheet. Pour Glaze over turkey and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake at 425º for 12-15 Minutes.

Spicy Mayo-
Mix all ingredients into a food processor and blend until Smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Slice onion into Finely sliced strips.
I use pre shredded lettuce.
Cut Rolls that you will be using

Serve-
On each roll -Turkey mixture, spicy mayo, red onion and shredded lettuce
