3/4 cup yellow cornmeal
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup buttermilk
1 (16 ounce) package frozen corn
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350. Grease 9X13 dish. Whisk flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt, baking soda, pepper in large bowl. Sautee green onions in butter. Stir eggs, buttermilk, milk, and flour mixture. Add drained corn. Fold in green onions and transfer to baking dish. Tap to remove air. Bake for 30 minutes.
