Gizzards & chicken hearts
Onion
Celery
1 1/2 Cup Vinegar
1 Cup Water
1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. Pickling Spices

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the gizzards and hearts in salted water until tender.

Boil the following ingredients together for the pickling brine: Vinegar, water, sugar, and pickling spices.

Pour the brine over the gizzards and let stand a few days in the refrigerator.
