4 cups chopped apples
6 T brandy
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. walnuts
1 c. wet raisins (soak in water and drain)
2 c. flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cloves

Pour brandy over apples
Beat sugar, oil and eggs in a small bowl. Mix flour with all dr ingredients in a large bowl. Add raisins and nuts then apples. Add sugar mix with the rest by hand. Cook in a greased 9X13" pan at 325º for 1 hour.
