1 pound fresh flounder filets
2 garlic cloves minced
1 lemon juiced
1/4 cup white wine
3 Tbs bread crumbs, I like panko
1 Tbs grated parmigiana cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
fresh ground black pepper
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Coat baking dish with 1/2Tbs olive oil, use brush. Lay the flounder filets into the dish.
Scatter all the dry seasonings, bread crumbs, grated cheese and garlic on top of each filet. Add some sea salt and pepper on top
Drizzle each flounder filet with extra virgin olive oil.
Gently pour white wine and 1/2 of the lemon juice around the fish, not directly on top.
Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.

Remove from oven. Pour the rest of lemon juice on top of the filets. Allow the juices to absorb into the fish and cool down for two minutes.


Serve over rice, zoodles, or sauted spinach
