3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 eggs
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease an 8-inch (2 L) square baking pan.
2. Combine butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Add eggs; beat well with a spoon. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, beating until well combined. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.
3. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from pan. Cool completely on a rack. Cut into bars.
