6 eggs - slightly beaten
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 c boiling water
1 T. butter or margarine
3 c bread torn apart
1/2 t salt
1/2 c coconut and.or raisins ( optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350.

Take bread, put in bowl with milk, water and butter. Stand until lukewarm. Beat small amt of bread mixture with eggs. Add eggs to bread mixture. Add salt. Pour into 8x8 greased square pan. Sprinkle with nutmeg . Place pan in 13x9 in pan with 1-2 inches water in bottom. Bake 1 1/2 hrs or until knife comes out clean.
