4 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 c water
1/2 c sugar
1/2 t nutmeg

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.

Beat eggs in casserole dish. Stir in the rest of ingredients. Place casserole pan in a pan of water 1-2 inches deep. Bake 60-90 minutes. Custard is done when knife inserted in custard comes out clean.

To make individual custards beat all ingredients together and pour into small dessert cups. Place dessert cups in pan of water . Bake 45-60 minutes
