4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1/2-3/4 package low fat cream cheese
1 tbsp butter
2 cans crescent rolls
Veggies of choice ( mushrooms, thinly sliced carrots, etc)

Directions:
Directions:
Cube the chicken and saute with garlic and onion and any desired veggies in olive oil till chicken is light brown. Add cream cheese and butter till creamy. Unroll croissants and divide pack in half creating 8 rectangles. Pinch seams together. Place a small scoop of chicken mixture on each rectangle. Fold the four corners of the dough up and twist at the top creating a ball. Arrange on a greased baking sheet. Bake 325º for 12-15 minutes till golden brown.
