6 TBSP oil
6 TBSP lime juice
2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can shoe peg corn
diced purple onion, desired amount
cilantro, desired amount
diced tomatoes, desired amount
carton of feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, oil lime juice, black beans, onion, corn and cilantro. Prior to serving, add feta cheese and diced tomatoes.

Serve with tortilla chips.

I like to use fresh cilantro but it is ok to use dried as well.
