First Layer:
2 (6-oz) boxes cornbread stove top stuffing mix with seasoning, divided
1 cup chicken broth
1 stick margarine, melted

Second layer:
3 cups chopped chicken
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 (8-oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Third Layer:
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (10 3/4-oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

Directions:
Directions:
First Layer: Combine 1 box stuffing mix with seasoning, chicken broth and melted margarine in a large bowl; mix well. Spoon stuffing mixture into the bottom of a lightly greased 3-quart casserole dish.

Second Layer: Combine chicken, onion, celery, water chestnuts, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a large bowl; mix well. Spoon on top of first layer.

Third Layer: Combine eggs, milk, and remaining box of stuffing mix with seasoning in a large bowl; mix well Spoon on top of second layer. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

When ready to serve, evenly spread cream of mushroom soup on top of casserole. Preheat oven to 350º. Bake uncovered for 45-60 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Remove from oven and let stand 20 minutes before serving.
