1/2 cup warm water
2 pkg active dry yeast
1/2 cup lukewarm milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
4 1/2 cup flour
Filling:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1-2 tsp cinnamon
1-2 Tbsp soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add milk, sugar, salt, egg, butter, 1/2 flour to yeast.
Mix with spoon until smooth. Add enough flour to handle easily. Knead for 5 minutes. Round up in greased bowl, bring greased side up. Let rise in warm place until double. Punch down, roll out smear with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll from longest side. Place in desired form. Let rise. Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes.
