Frozen Bread Dough
Pepperoni
Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Italian Seasoning
Garlic Powder
Pizza Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Loosely cover the desired number of frozen bread dough logs with plastic wrap sprayed with Pam. Let thaw for several hours at room temp. When dough is completely thawed it will be puffed up. Roll dough out to approximately 11 x 11 square. Brush dough with olive oil. Lay pepperoni on dough covering entire surface. Sprinkle with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Lightly sprinkle with Italian herbs and garlic powder. Roll dough into a log. Place seam side down on greased cookie sheet. Brush with melted butter. Bake at 375º 15 to 25 minutes till browned. Slice and serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
