1/2 gallon dill pickles
4 cups sugar
2 cups apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice pickles and place in jars. Combine sugar and vinegar, bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes. (Watch closely to see that it doesn’t boil over.)
Pour over sliced pickles, close jars and do not open for two (2) weeks.
