Make the recipe for My Spaghetti Sauce and Meatballs in this book.
1 large container ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
No-Boil lasagna noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ricotta, egg, parsley flakes and 1 cup mozzarella together in a bowl. Set aside.

Coat the bottom of a lasagna pan with sauce. Lay a single layer of noodles over the sauce, then a layer of chopped or sliced meatballs lightly covered with sauce, a layer of noodles, a layer of ricotta mixture sprinkled with mozzarella (you may also sprinkle a little parmesan on this layer), and another layer of noodles. Repeat layers if there's room in the pan. End with a layer of noodles. Cover with sauce. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes, remove from oven and sprinkle remaining mozzarella on top, return to oven and bake until mozzarella is just melted about 5 minutes.
