1/4 lb Bacon (cut into small pieces)
4 large Potatoes, diced
2 c Corn or 2 cans 16 oz
2 cans evaporated milk (or 1 qt fresh milk)
2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp. chopped Parsley
3 medium Onions, chopped
1 1/2 c Water
1/2 tsp Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon and onions until brown and crisp. Add raw potatoes and water and simmer 5 minutes. Add corn. Cook 5 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Add parsley and spices. Stir in milk and simmer.
