1 lb. round steak
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1/4 cup finely diced onion
1 clove garlic
4 green peppers, cut in 1-in. pieces
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup beef bouillon
2 TBSP cornstarch
1/4 cup water
2 tsp. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
With a very sharp knife. cut steak diagonally into thin slices, then cut slices into 2 in. pieces. Add oil to pan and when hot, add steak, salt and pepper. Cook until brown, stirring frequently.

Add onions, garlic, green peppers, celery and bouillon. Cover and cook until vegetables are crisply tender, about 10 minutes. Add hot water, if needed.

Blend cornstarch, cold water and soy sauce and add to meat mixture. Cook and stir until thickened, about 5 minutes.

Serve over rice.
