4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
(1) 7 oz. can of shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Beat all ingredients together, pour into a 10" pie pan and bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes, or until lightly browned and set. Makes its own crust.
