3 cups warm water
1/2 cup sugar
6 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Fermipan yeast or Saf-Instant
2 eggs (beaten)
7 1/2 cups flour (1/2 cup saved for kneading)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients, add beaten eggs and 7 cups of flour. Knead, knead in more flour if too sticky. Put dough in greased bowl, greasing top of dough also. Let rise for 15 minutes, four times, for the hour. Make buns, flattening the dough, let rise one hour. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes.
