1 can chicken broth
1 cup rice
1/2 - 3/4 8 oz. tomato sauce
1 garlic, crushed
1/4 onion
Salt to taste

Directions:
Brown rice with oil 4 - 5 minutes. Add onions until clear. Add garlic and pinch of salt. Add chicken broth and tomato sauce, cover, reduce heat. Cook 30-35 minutes
