1 bag frozen chicken breast (approximately 8)
3 Cups of Cheddar Cheese Shredded
2 Cups of Chopped Walnuts
2 tbs. of Celery Seed
1 Jar of Light Mayonnaise
Dash of Onion Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in large pot for approximately 1 hour (or until very tender). Drain and let cool. Once cool, chop chicken with food processor. It will be very fine. Mix in large bowl; chicken, cheddar cheese, walnuts, celery seed and onion powder and mayonnaise (you can add more if you like it creamier). Serve on wheat thin chips. It's great served warm or cold.
