2 bags coleslaw, 16 oz (Fresh Express 3-Color deli coleslaw)

Sweet-And -Sour Dressing
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c salad oil
1/2 c white vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Mix thoroughly and refrigerate

Nut Mixture
6 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c sliced almonds
1/2 c sunflower seeds
2 packages Top Ramen noodles, crumbled. Discard flavor packets.

Put Ramen noodle block in a zip lock bag and crunch them with a meat mallet. Break them up well.

Melt butter in the micro in a bowl. Put the almonds, sunflower seeds and the crumbled noodles in the butter and mix thoroughly. Spread mixture on a cookie sheet and place in 350º oven. When they begin to brown (6-8 minutes) take the sheet out of the oven and stir the mix and place back in oven until toasted a golden brown. Need to watch carefully because will burn. Can also use broil setting.

Mix together the coleslaw, nut mixture and dressing when ready to serve.
