1 can 15 oz creamed corn
1 can 15 oz whole kernel corn (reserve liquid)
1/2 c melted butter
1 c sour cream
1 can chopped green chilies, drained
2 eggs beaten
1 small box corn muffin mix (jiff 8 oz)
2 c shredded cheddar 8 oz

Directions:

Combine both cans of corn, butter, sour cream, chilies, eggs, muffin mix and 1/3 cup of the reserved whole kernel corn liquid
Grease a 9x13 pan
Add mixture

Bake 350º 30-45 minutes
