12 eggs
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb sausage cooked & crumbled ( can buy in pkg already done)
3 c milk, I like half & half
salt and pepper to taste
chopped onion can be added ( not in mine)
1/2 tsp dry mustard if desired
can of flat sheet or regular crescent rolls

350º 40-60 minutes 9x13 pan

Grease 9x13 pan
Press crescent rolls in bottom of pan
Mix all other ingredients together and stir
Pour egg mixture over rolls
Cover & refrigerate 1 hour or overnight
Uncover and bake

Baked mixture will rise slightly. Fork inserted should come out clean



Good next day for left overs heated in micro

I use glass dish so I can see rolls are done
