10.5 oz. can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 small onion, chopped
1 family-sized bag of tater tots
6 slices bread, cut into cubes

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheese and 1/2 cup of the melted butter. Fold in the chopped onion and tater tots; transfer into a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the bread cubes over the top and drizzle with the remaining melted butter. Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 1 hour.

Our friend's son Dino was the pickiest eater. His mother found this potato recipe and he couldn't get enough of it. She made it once a week for 2 years, until he finally discovered another favorite!
