8 cups Rice Krispie cereal
1 cup Nestle Toll House Butterscotch Flavored Morsels
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, measure out the Rice Krispie cereal; set aside. In a microwavable bowl, add butterscotch chips, white chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave until melted, then stir until smooth. Add vanilla; stir well. Pour the melted chocolate/peanut butter mixture over the cereal; mix well. Pour into a greased 9x13-inch pan; press down firmly. Chill in the refrigerator for about one hour. Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.

This is an adult version of Rice Krispie Treats. They are so rich and just melt in your mouth. I love making this recipe for bake sales because it's so simple and you don't have to use the oven.
