Turkey-12-16 lb. whole turkey or turkey breast.
Juice of 1 lemon
Seasoned salt
Black pepper
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 clove minced garlic or garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons flour
Tarragon vinegar
1 cup butter or margarine, melted
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Dash Soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients, lemon juice and sauces with almost a cup of the vinegar. Mix well. Add to the melted butter and cook until thickened.
Cook turkey on charcoal grill for 1 hour and then begin basting with marinade. Be sure cavity of turkey gets some of the sauce.
Turkey should cook between 4 1/2 and 5 1/2 hours. You may use a meat thermometer to be sure of doneness. Flavor is enhanced by adding water-soaked hickory chips to the fire.
