(For 4 qt. pressure cooker) ( For 6 qt. pressure cooker)
1 Chicken (3 pounds) 2 chickens
1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons salt
Dash pepper 1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika 2 teaspoons paprika
3 tablespoons flour 6 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup fat 6 tablespoons fat
1 chicken bouillon cube 2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 cups water 2 cups water
1 cup sour cream 2 cups sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken in individual servings
Mix salt, pepper, paprika and flour and roll chicken in flour mixture.
Brown in hot fat in pressure cooker. Place on rack.
Slowly add water and bouillon.
Cover, set control at 10 and cook 30 minutes after control jiggles.
Cool pan normally 5 minutes and then reduce pressure instantly by putting pan under running cold water. Add sour cream.

This makes a wonderful gravy. Chicken is falling off the bones. Serve with rice.
