1 large (850 g) container of plain Greek or vanilla Greek yogurt (the vanilla Greek yogurt will make this pudding sweeter)
pinch (or so) of salt
2 c coconut milk (light or regular)
3 tsp vanilla
6 tbsp liquid honey (or maple syrup)
3/4 c chia seeds
toasted slivered almonds
berries (raspberries strawberries or blueberries)

Directions:
Directions:
Using a mixer, mix all ingredients except nuts and berries. Pour into 10 small containers with lids and refrigerate. When serving top with nuts and berries.
