20 lbs. tomatoes for approx. 7 quarts

Add to each jar:

1 T. sugar
1 tsp. canning salt
1/4 tsp. pepper (or 1 tsp. to make hot)

Directions:
Directions:
Run tomatoes through juicer. Pour in large pot. Strain pulp to get the meaty juice. Pour in pot. Bring juice to a boil. Pour into prepared quart jars. Seal. Water bath 40 minutes.
