16 Slices White Bread
1 lb. Chopped ham
2 C> Grated Cheddar Cheese
2 C. Grated Swiss Cheese
8 Eggs
3 C. Milk
1/2 tsp. Onion Salt
1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
3 C. Crushed Corn Flakes
1/2 C. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the crust off of the bread slices and then cut the bread in half.
In a 13x9" dish, spray with Pam.
Put a layer of the bread on the bottom of the dish.
Cover with a layer of the ham. Then a layer of cheeses, mixed together.
Repeat the above until you run out.

Combine in a bowl, beaten eggs, mustard, and milk. Mix well.
Pour over the layers of bread, ham, and cheese.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Take off the cover, pour crushed cornflakes on top and pour melted butter over the cornflakes.
Bake at 375º for 45 minutes

Cover with several layers of foil, wrap in a towel, and bring it to work!
Bring a serving spoon.
