18 Eggs
1/4 C. Half-and Half
2 C> Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Jimmy Dean Maple Sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the suasage first.
Mix all of the eggs and half-and -half and 3/4 pkg. of cheese.
Add the cooked sausage.
Bake at 350º for about 35 minutes, maybe a little longer.
Add the remaining cheese for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve immediately.
